Tamy’s world
Everything she loves, kept in one place
There is a line on the list of why I love you that reads "her beautiful tastes and hobbies". This is that line, opened up and sorted: seven rooms holding everything you watch, play, listen to and collect. None of it is invented. It was all somewhere already, and I gathered it.
The seven rooms
Her anime
The 3×3 that defines her, and everything she recommends when asked.
EnterRomance anime
The exact list she typed the day someone asked for hidden romances.
EnterHer games
Horror, stories that hurt, and the four we play two-player.
EnterHer characters
The seven she named from memory, in the order they came out.
EnterHer music
The soundtrack of her life — her words, exactly.
EnterScreen
What she watches, and the most besotted review she ever wrote.
EnterUmbreon
Eevee and its eight evolutions, in a nine-pocket page.
EnterBack to you
Everything above is what you love. This is who you are, and why I love you.
Enter
Loose things that are also you
Things too small for a page of their own that I did not want to leave out.
Volleyball, and Japan
Asked which national teams she watches, she answered "Japan! 🏐🇯🇵". In another thread she called Kento Miyaura an absolute beast.
Beer, mate, matcha
Asked what people drink, her whole answer was: "Cerveza, mate. Estoy de acuerdo con el matcha."
Uruguay, always
r/uruguay, r/Burises, r/AskUruguayan. And if Uruguay does not win the World Cup, she would rather Cabo Verde or Japan did.
Animals
She comments on every dog and every cat she sees. She follows Dalton, the shelter for homeless animals. And there was Max, who was hers.
Victoria Aveyard and Shakespeare
Two author pages on her Facebook. Also Sarah’s Scribbles and Sarah Graley, who draw ordinary life in panels.
The way she answers
Half her comments are very long replies to strangers going through something hard. Nobody asked her for them. She writes them anyway.
And one thing that is not a taste
Someone asked when her way of seeing life changed. She answered this. It is the best thing she ever wrote on the internet.
Después de que falleció mi abuelo. […] How I put this together
I brought together two things: the full list of pages you follow on Facebook, and every public Reddit comment of yours that stayed archived. Nothing else.
Then I sorted. What is in quotation marks is yours, verbatim, untranslated and never cut in half. What is signed "Toti" is mine, and you can tell it is me. I never mixed the two.
What you never said is not here. No scores, no rankings, no dates of when you watched what, because you never wrote them. And there is not a single line about your work, your health or your details: that is left out on purpose, and for good.
I do not know if anyone has ever paid enough attention to know you recommended Prism Rondo four times in one month. I have. And now it is kept somewhere it cannot be lost.
— Toti, who pays attention 💜Everything in quotation marks was written by her, verbatim and untranslated. Everything else was written by me. The sources are the pages she follows on Facebook and two public archives of her Reddit comments. Nothing about her work, her health or her personal details appears here, on purpose.
